  4. Hamiltonian formulation:

    1. Liouville's Theorem

    2. Action-Angle variables

    3. Hamilton-Jacobi Equations

  5. Dynamical Systems and Chaos

    1. 1D Flows and Bifurcation

    2. 2D Flows, Limit Cycles, Bifurcations

    3. Chaos: Lorenz Systems, Fixed Points, Attractors, and Fractals - KAM theory (time permitting)
